Coalition for Integrity is currently seeking energetic undergraduate interns for Summer/Fall 2018.

Coalition for Integrity is a non-profit, non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization. We work in coalition with a wide range of individuals and organizations to combat corruption and promote integrity in the public and private sectors.  We are at an exciting juncture in expanding our organization and our programs.

We are 1 block from the McPherson Square Metro Station on the orange, blue, and silver lines, and 3 blocks from the Farragut North Metro Station on the red line.  For more information, please visit our website at www.coalitionforintegrity.org.

Interns will engage in a range of activities related to our anti-corruption agenda including policy research on anti-corruption issues, improving Coalition’s public profile and social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, web site content, troubleshooting and design), providing support for program events, conducting student outreach, assisting with event attendance and reporting, drafting correspondence, and performing general office and program administrative activities.

Candidates should have strong interpersonal and written communications skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.  Other valuable skills include:

  • A passion for fighting corruption and building integrity in the U.S. and internationally
  • Prior work in issue advocacy or legal research
  • Experience in a professional office environment
  • Social media skills (webpage design / WordPress; Facebook; Twitter)

The internship will last 10 to 16 weeks, with full-time interns typically working between 24-40 hours a week and part-time interns typically working between 10-20 hours.  Interns will receive a daily stipend for local expenses (transportation, food) as part of this unpaid internship.
